      <title>Still Capture Library 1.03 released</title>
      <link>http://noeld.com/programs.asp?cat=dev#StillCapLib</link>
      <description>
	    The Still Capture Library is a set of functions that allows C/C++ developers to add still
	    capture from webcams to their applications in just a few lines of code. The library is based
  	    on the DirectShow API but all the complexity is invisible to the developer. Even though the
	    library is very small, it features all the functions to get the most out of the available
	    webcam(s). This version brings some new functions to control live video preview and fixes a
	    possible crash while switching devices or during library shutdown.</description>
